Ke Liu is currently a PhD candidate at the School of Architecture, Southeast University. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Hefei University of Technology in 2018 and his Master’s degree in Architecture from Southeast University in 2021.

His research primarily focuses on the coupling mechanisms between urban form and energy performance, as well as artificial intelligence-assisted high-performance urban design. He has participated in a National Key R&D Program of China and a National Natural Science Foundation of China general project. He has also been involved in several urban design projects, including the third Hebei International Urban Planning and Design Competition (Handan City) and the conceptual urban design of Taodu Road in Yixing City.

He has published more than ten academic papers in prestigious journals such as Building and Environment, Energy and Buildings, and Journal of Architecture.
